Brookdale Animal Hospital is owned and operated by Dr. Farag, a passionate veterinarian with extensive experience in veterinary medicine. Dr. Farag began his career in Egypt, where he practiced in a small animal clinic for over three years and gained additional experience working with pharmaceutical companies. In 2010, he moved to Canada with his family to continue his professional journey and founded Brookdale Animal Hospital in 2025 with the goal of serving the Cornwall community and helping pets live healthy, happy lives.
Brookdale Animal Hospital offers a broad scope of services, including wellness exams, dental care, grooming and hygiene, soft tissue surgeries, senior pet care, and support for pets with special needs. Urgent care appointments are also available, helping ensure continuity of care when unexpected health concerns arise. Preventive medicine is a key focus of the practice. Wellness exams are described as “nose-to-tail checkups” intended to assess overall health, identify potential issues early, and provide clear recommendations for ongoing care.
