Scotiabank Hiring Again for Cornwall Contact Centre
February 26, 2014Cornwall Ontario – Scotiabank is recruiting again to grow its workforce at the bank’s customer contact centre in Cornwall, Ontario. There is an immediate requirement to fill nine (9) full-time bilingual (English and French) positions.
The new positions will be part of Scotiabank’s Customer Service Team and successful candidates will be on the job following a 6-week training session, during which they will be paid. A start date of April 7, 2014 has been established.

This is one of many major recruitment drives for the Cornwall Contact Centre, which opened in January 2011 with 26 officers. The operation has since grown to a workforce of over 50.
In May 2012, the Cornwall Contact Centre was awarded Platinum Certification for recognizing and branding people centric contact centers.
