Walmart Logistics Looking to Add 100 Positions
May 17, 2017Cornwall Ontario – Walmart Logistics is adding more positions to its distribution centre in the Cornwall Business Park. The company is recruiting for an additional 100 associates in various roles.
The company will be hosting an Open House – Job Fair on May 25 and May 30 at its newest distribution centre, located at 1501 Industrial Park Drive. The facility measures over 1.5 million sq.ft, and together with its nearby sister facility, supplies Walmart stores throughout Eastern Canada.

- Thursday, May 25th – 12 pm to 6:30 pm
- Tuesday, May 30th – 12pm to 6:30 pm
“This open house will allow the candidate to apply directly on site and have an on the spot interview, says Tracy Lapierre, Human Resource Business Partner. Candidates will also receive a Realistic Job Preview (mini tour) of the site.”
This latest recruitment effort follows earlier efforts that added over 300 positions at the new distribution centere.

The Cornwall Distribution Hub also includes a Regional Distribution Centre, in addition to the recently opened Persishable Distribution Cente, High Velocity Distribution Center and Import Distribution Centre.
