Natural Balance Opens Health and Wellness Shop

Michelle Gauthier has opened Natural Balance, a fully integrative health facility located on Ninth Street, just west of Pitt Street. Natural Balance Integrative Health is a one stop shop for all your health and wellness needs. The shop offers supplements, vitamins, and other health products as well as services such as Bioscan, Reiki, Meditation and sound healing.
“My goal is to make people’s journey to finding optimal health and wellness easy”, says Ms. Gauthier, who is a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner. “While I work with each individual client teaching them the tools necessary to rebuild their health through Lifestyle and rebuilding their foundations for optimal health and Vitality.”
Ms. Gauthier began her health journey decades ago and has used her vast experience and education to grow her operation from a home-based business to the current 1500 square foot shop. The new open concept space is warm and welcoming. She uses her space to also work with other likeminded wellness practitioners to bring in special workshops and events, however the base of the businesses is specialized one on one coaching and small group workshops.
Ms. Gauthier uses her experience to work with each individual client to meet their unique needs for improved health. The practice is centered around finding the root causes to the symptoms clients are experiencing, focusing on balancing the body’s nutrition, stress levels and movement, for a fully integrated approach to health and wellness.
