Play It Again Sports Opens Larger Store on Brookdale (Again)
June 9, 2026Cornwall Ontario – Fueled by a growing client base and the demand for lower priced equipment, Play it Again Sports has moved to a new, larger location on Brookdale Avenue.
“We are excited to show our customers the new store,” says owner Dominique Laroche. “We are still just around the corner from Benson Centre, also near area hotels. All of which will make it very convenient for skate sharpening and the last minute addition to your hockey bag.”
Play It Again Sports has been serving local and visiting athletes for 29 years, and Dominique and her team made sure to make some changes to the new store. The tenant fit up was completed in about 7 weeks, and represented an investment of over $90,000. The new store is quite a bit larger and now offers a wider selection of quality used and new sporting equipment.
Dominique is well known locally in sports circles, having represented Cornwall in both hockey and softball at provincial, national and international tournaments.
“Summer sports are big right now and we have a great selection of soccer, baseball, lacrosse and golf gear” says Dominique. “Cornwall offers one of the best cycling experiences with the Riverside Trail, and we have bikes and inline skates for sale as well. We’re buying all seasons, all day everyday! Turn your unwanted sports gear into cash!”
