Webinar will Explore the Technology Innovation Program

Cornwall Ontario –  Choosing the right technology for your organization and navigating the implementation process can be difficult, time-consuming, and costly.

TIP Program - Cornwall

The Technology Innovation Program (TIP) was created to provide local business with the expertise and support needed to identify and adopt the right technology solutions to boost sales and profit margins.  Spearheaded by the Cornwall and the Counties Community Futures Development Corporation (CFDC), this boutique advisory service is available to organizations in and around Cornwall, Akwesasne, and the SDG Counties.

“We know how important (now more than ever) it is to embrace technology and digital. Business owners who have done this are weathering the COVID storm better than others,” says Lesley Thompson, Executive Director of the Cornwall & The Counties Community Futures Development Corporation. “If companies want to become more resilient in the face of the unforeseen, stay relevant, become more competitive, increase efficiency and make smarter business decisions, then this program is for them.”

Webinar – Friday October 16

A webinar is scheduled for Friday October 16 at NOON to help introduce TIP to local business owners. Speakers include Lesley Thompson, Executive Director of Cornwall and the Counties Community Futures Development, Andrew Seguin from Seguin Financial and Eric Duncan, MP for Stormont-Dundas and South Glengarry. There is no cost to attend the webinar but you must register online first.

About the Technology Innovation Program (TIP)

The Technology Innovation Program (TIP)  was launched in May of this year. TIP is for businesses who want direction on:

  • Boosting sales and productivity by leveraging new technologies.

  • Prioritizing & maximizing their investments by selecting and identifying the right solutions.

  • Remaining relevant and competitive.

  • Differentiating themselves in a strong market.

  • Leveraging data and insights to make more profitable business decisions.

  • Improving the company’s agility and resiliency in the face of changing markets and customer demands.
