Chamber Hosting Business Support Webinar
April 20, 2021Cornwall Ontario – The Chamber of Commerce has organized a webinar to help business owners understand the most recent changes to public health guidelines and how to obtain much needed support. The Webinar will be held via Zoom at 9:30 am on Wednesday, April 21.
On Friday, the Provincial Government announced that extending the stay-at-home order for an additional two weeks. Outdoor gatherings are restricted, all non-essential construction will be closed, in-store shopping will be limited to 25% capacity for essential stores only, and police have more authority to enforce the stay-at-home orders.
“We understand that these recent announcements are confusing,” says Greg Pietersma, Chamber Executive Director. “Our panel will be able to answer some frequently asked questions, such as: Can you offer curbside to your customers? Can you go into the office to work for essential purposes? What support is there during this time to help get through these stay-at-home orders and further restrictions?”
