Civic Complex Re-Opens with Limited Access

Cornwall Ontario – The Cornwall Civic Complex is once again open to the public – with limited access – beginning Monday, June 22.

Hours are limited to 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the public may access services on the second floor only. A City employee will greet all residents at the North entrance to manage the number of people in the building.

Services available at the Civic Complex are limited to Planning, Building, and By-law.

The walking track, as well as the offices of Economic Development and Financial Services, remain closed to the public. Inside washrooms are also closed, but outdoor washrooms are available.

Tourism information (visitor guide, maps etc) is available for pickup at the Complex door during the above times, or at Marina 200 7 days a week.

Signage is in place to ensure physical distancing. Protective guards are in place to allow staff to serve residents safely. Residents are encouraged to wash their hands, wear a mask, and stay home if they are feeling unwell.

City Hall opened on June 17 . All other City of Cornwall offices and facilities remain closed to the public. City staff are available by phone or e-mail.
