Join the Celebration at Cornwall Culture Fest
September 11, 2025Cornwall Ontario – Residents and visitors alike are invited to join in the celebration of the third annual Cornwall Culture Fest this weekend.
Culture Fest will take place on Saturday, September 13th, from 10am to 4pm in Lamoureux Park. This free event will showcase traditional songs and dances from dozens of cultures along with different cuisines from a variety of food vendors.
“Cornwall Culture Fest is a vibrant celebration of community, creativity, and the rich cultural mosaic that makes our city shine,” says Farhana Meghji, from Cornwall Police. “This is our third year, and we cannot believe the support we have had for this and the amazing turnout of attendees.”
Vendors
Explore the wares from over 50 exhibitors and food vendors. Exhibitors will be displaying and selling art, clothing, jewelry, and gifts from around the world, including Haudenosaunee, Pakistan, China, Africa, Egypt, Latin America, South Asia, Portugal, and much more!
Performances
Enjoy a full day of performances from a variety of backgrounds, all representing the wonderful diversity of Cornwall and the surrounding area. Experience music, dancing, singing, and representation from Scottish, French, Chinese, Filipino, Punjabi, Indian (including Rajasthani and Hindustani), Gujarati/Hindu, Nepali, Tamil, South Asian, Jamaican, and Ukrainian cultures.
Kids’ activities include balloon art, face painting, arts and crafts focusing on diversity and flag representation, mini-putt, outdoor games, and a cultural coloring station.
